For you who already played the Football Manager 2007, I want share my list of young and promising players. The list made according to the database editor program. Well if you look onto the database you can find an attributes on each players like potential abilities. Players like W. Rooney, C. Ronaldo, and older players usually have a fixed value. But some younger players have a unique value with scope from -1 to -10.
This value means that every time you start a new game this players got their potential abilities random depend on the unique value. Usually the more minus value got the higher potential abilities. But don't misunderstand this, some -9 players still can beat -10 players because it's totally random and I don't know how the game calculate it yet.
Here I only list the -10 and -9 players [because -10 and -9 players usually get potential abilities value between 150 and 200] :
